I was originally considering which car to do after the Enzo, and in a quick decision I thought, why not the GT90? Well that was until I thought of drawing the 2005 Koenigsegg CCX, with the Top Gear wing. You see, there are several motives behind this change in plans.

Considering how flooded DeviantART is with cars like the RX-7 and the Supra, each having a spoiler more than twice the actual size of the car, I thought of making something that teaches rice fans that bigger spoilers aren't always a good thing. This wing, for example, provides downforce for this Swedish monster no problems, without adding too much unnecessary weight to the car.

Now, onto the actual car. The CC series is actually a bunch of spinoffs off each other IMO, the only thing that changes is under the hood. This CCX spawned the CCXR, a 1000 HP version of the thing (like the old one wasn't already powerful enough) and the CCGT, some racer version of the CCX which removes the chargers and puts in some extra displacement instead. And there's also the fact that the CCX was a spinoff of the CCR, aside from the new label they're pretty much the same , and the CCR itself is a spinoff of the CC8S, which merely has headlights styled in a different manner.

Nevertheless, this thing is a demon that has proven itself over and over again. The CCR has clocked in the top speed record for a production, road legal car (241 mph) but the sad thing is, Koenigsegg were able to cheer for one year before the Veyron eats it away from them. It is very light, lighter than most supercars out there and its got its nice share of decent numbers. It also looks remarkably good.

Photoshop CS2, 4-5 hours. I'm quite pleased with this actually, it turned out better than I expected it to be... not that I'm complaining that is.
